Terms & Conditions

All reservations require a valid credit card guarantee and £30.00 deposit will be taken per room. This is non refundable and non transferable All rates are quoted per room per night inclusive of service and vat, unless otherwise stated.

Reservations must be cancelled by 1400 hours 2 days before arrival to avoid 1 night full room charge. The £30 deposit is non refundable. Group bookings of 8 rooms or more must be cancelled 21 days before arrival to avoid 1 night cancellation charge for all rooms.

Please note that the Ballyrobin Country Lodge is completely non smoking and any guest smoking inside the building will be charged.
